 Pokémon Horizons Anime's New Ending Theme Song, Produced by Giga and Teddyloid with Lyricist DECO*27

The Pokémon Horizons: The Series anime's official X/Twitter account disclosed on Friday that Giga and Teddyloid are creating the brand-new "Pikaaan!" ending theme song for the fourth arc, "Rayquaza Rising." The lyrics are written by DECO*27.

         "Let Me Battle" is the current ending theme song by 9Lana, produced by Giga and Teddyloid.

South Korean boy band ZeroBaseOne are performing the new opening theme song "Only One Story" for the "Rayquaza Rising" arc.

October 11 is the start date of the fourth arc. The new cast for the arc consists of: 

Characters from Kitakami, a location that appeared in "The Teal Mask" DLC for the Pokémon Scarlet/Violet game, will be included in the new arc.

The anime debuted with a one-hour first-episode special in Japan in April 2023. Every Friday at 6:55 p.m. JST, the show airs. In October 2023, the anime's 29th episode in Japan marked the beginning of its second arc, "Terapagos no Kagayaki" (The Brilliance of Terapagos). On April 12, the anime's "Terastal Debut" arc made its debut.

Originally scheduled to launch on Netflix in the United States on February 23, the anime series debuted on March 7 according to The Pokémon Company. On May 10, the second installment started to stream. On August 9, the third segment debuted. The fourth installment will go live on Netflix on November 22.

Liko and Roy, two brand-new dual heroes, are the focus of the anime. The anime incorporates Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly from the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet video games, and also the Legendary Pokémon Rayquaza in its Shiny form. Alongside Liko and Roy in combat, the anime also introduces Friede and Captain Pikachu, two new characters who are a Pokémon professor and partner pair.

The anime is being directed by Saori Den (Mirage Queen Prefers Circus), while Daiki Tomiyasu (Pokémon Sun & Moon, Pocket Monster Mezase Pokémon Master) is in charge of creative direction. The series scripts are under the supervision of Dai Satō (Eureka Seven, Wolf's Rain, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop). The character designer is Rei Yamazaki, the sub-character designer is Kyōko Itō, and the action director is Tetsuo Yajima. Conisch is writing the music, and Masafumi Mima is in charge of the audio.
