 The updated Tower of God Season 2 anime features a creditless video featuring new opening and ending songs. 

The creditless ending video for Tower of God: Workshop Battle, the second installment of the anime's second season, was made available for viewing on the official Tower of God website on Wednesday. The Stray Kids' brand-new "Falling Up" ending theme tune is featured in the video.  


Update: The opening theme tune "NIGHT," which is also sung by Stray Kids, was released by Crunchyroll.


 Tarafu Ōtani, an award-winning animator and filmmaker at Onakama Studio, is in charge of storyboarding and animation, and he also directed the final video. Producer Ryō Hamanaka is paired with animator Sho Kubota.

    On October 6, Tower of God: Workshop Battle, the second installment of the second season, will premiere. 

On July 7, the anime's second season premiered. The anime is available for viewing on Crunchyroll in the CIS, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, and North America.

The cast members for the season include:

    Furthermore, Saori Hayami makes a comeback as Rachel.

    For the upcoming season, Kazuyoshi Takeuchi (Armored Trooper Votoms: Alone Again) will be the chief director, while Kei Suzuki will take Takashi Sano's place as director of The Answer Studio Co., Ltd. rather than Telecom Animation Film. Back in charge of the series scripts, Erika Yoshida (Bocchi the Rock!) is co-writing the scripts with Takeshi Miyamoto and Riuji Yoshizaki. Seigo Kitazawa (City Hunter The Movie: Angel Dust) and Isamitsu Kashima are the characters that Miho Tanino is designing again after the first season. In addition, Kitazawa serves as the head animator. Music will once again be composed by Kevin Penkin.  

    The season's opening theme song, "Rise Up," and closing theme song, "Believe," were both performed by NiziU.

    In April 2020, the first season made its Japanese premiere and appeared on Crunchyroll. There were thirteen episodes in that season. The Crunchyroll Originals slate includes the Crunchyroll and WEBTOON production. 

    Crunchyroll explains the narrative:  

    Reach the top, and everything will be yours. Everything in this universe exists at the top of the tower, and everything can be yours. One can attain godhood. Rachel, the girl who climbed the tower to see the stars, and Bam, the boy who only needed her, have a story that begins and ends here.

    In 2010, SIU debuted the manhwa on NAVER WEBTOON. In July 2014, the English-language digital comic debuted on WEBTOON.
